Law of Agency #1111

Law of Agency #1111 is a 30 hour core real estate course and is one of the required courses for a Texas Real Estate Salesperson's License. Law of Agency is the study of the representation of clients as it relates to the real estate professional. You will learn and develop an understanding of what services and duties are required when an agent represents a client and how that representation effects the agent’s behavior with other parties to the real estate transaction. Course topics include the role of the Seller’s Agent, Buyer’s Agent, and Intermediaries.

Quizzes & Final Exam Information
The course contains eleven sections. At the end of each section is a 10-question, multiple-choice quiz. You are required to corrrectly answer all 10 questions before you may begin the next section. At the end of the course, you will have a 60 question, multiple-choice exam. The minimum satisfactory score is 70%.

When you complete the course, the end of section quizzes and the final exam, you will be able to print and save your course completion certificate. It is your responsibility to submit a copy of the certificate to the Texas Real Estate Commission when you apply for your license. For more information on real estate licensing, visit TREC’s website, www.trec.state.tx.us
