If a course is completed and a course completion certificate has been issued, a $129 fee will be deducted info@PDQcourses.com.

If your registration includes textbooks, you must return the books in NEW condition at your expense within 10 days of refund request. Refunds will not be processed until textbooks are returned.

Course Completion & Expiration

All courses must be completed within 12 months of enrollment.

Certificates & the Texas Real Estate Commission: 
Core & SAE Courses (30 hour courses)

It is your responsibility to submit your course completion certificates for core courses to the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Course Completion Affidavit for the Texas Real Estate Commission: MCE Courses

It is your responsibility to submit your course completion affidavits for verification by our course administrator. After verification, the administrator will submit the documents to the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Testing

Online courses do not require a proctor for the final exam
