Sales License Courses

TexasRealEstateLicense.com is your online source for Texas real estate education. Our Texas real estate sales exam prep classes and salesperson license training are quick and easy. Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) rules require 210 classroom hours (seven 30-hour courses) of education before applying for a license. After your education is completed you may apply for an inactive salesperson license with TREC. While your application is being processed, we recommend that you begin preparation for the exam. Exam preparation will take the guesswork out of studying and preparing for the test.
